For the final week of this project I went to Marshall's Beach in San Francisco. Actually I went to Baker Beach but kept climbing over rocks until I found a spot that I liked on the next beach over. It was a bit too cloudy over the ocean to get the best of the sunset but I'm glad I went. I had an idea when I took this photo that the rocks in the foreground would be the focal point. Unfortunately I think the bridge is such an obvious focal point, and it's still partly in focus so your eye is drawn there. I think if I try it again I'll use a much larger aperture.
